1. START | RUN | REGEDIT
2. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security
3. EDIT | NEW | STRING
4. Type LEVEL1REMOVE and press Enter
5. Select the LEVEL1REMOVE | EDIT | MODIFY
6. Type f.e. bat; cmd; exe; mdb in the Value data box and OK
7. Quit Registry Editor and Start Outlook.
