1. START | CONTROL PANEL | MAIL
2. In the Mail Setup dialog box, click Show Profiles button.
3. On the General tab, click to select the PROMT FOR A PROFILE TO BE USED check box and click ADD.
4. Now you have to give the profile a name and click OK.
5. In the E-Mail Accounts dialog box, click ADD A NEW E-MAIL ACCOUNT, and then click NEXT.
6. Select the appropriate server type for your new e-mail account, and then click NEXT.
7. Fill in the appropriate information as prompted, and then click NEXT and FINISH as needed. After that click OK.
